A rewarding career opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Commercial team at Cadia. With exceptional analytical skills and an innovative mindset you will streamline our data management processes and contribute to developing and enhancing our business processes and systems. You will focus on driving business deliverables such as month end reporting, cost analysis, forecasting, performance reporting and capital management. You will play a key role in business planning processes for specified departments, providing analysis to support commercial decision making. This will include identifying and driving improvements to cost control, performance reporting and analysis.

The current roster for this role 5 Days/ 2 Off. This is a residential based opportunity. 


Cadia Valley Operations is located in central western New South Wales approximately 25 kms outside the vibrant regional town of Orange. About You

This is a unique role that will allow you demonstrate your passion for financial and management accounting best practice, and coaching business stakeholders on financial management best practice. To succeed in this role, you have relevant qualifications and CPA/CA accreditation supported by significant accounting experience in a mining/heavy industry/large and complex environment. Prior SAP, TM1 and capital accounting experience will be highly regarded. In addition to your commercial acumen, you will have excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to multitask and deliver to deadlines within a fast-paced environment, and have the flexibility and resilience to deal with change in a dynamic environment.
