From our Head Office in Melbourne, we work closely with our operations both local and global to safely operate and grow. Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a strategic minded operator who will promote, support, and manage the effective use of SuccessFactors and related applications throughout the company. Successfully leading business process alignment to optimise benefits is key in this rewarding, hands on technical role with the ability to deliver to key project milestones. You will also be providing expert support and guidance for the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors related projects, assessing regular SuccessFactors product updates and how to make best use of new capabilities. Building key business relationships, you will highlight improvement initiatives and hold the responsibility for end to end delivery on changes to SuccessFactors whilst seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will have tertiary qualifications in an IT or business discipline and have demonstrated passion, experience and proven ability across large scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations such as Performance and Goals, Compensation, Variable Pay, Talent & Succession Management, Learning (LMS) and integration to other applications including SAP HR and Payroll. Key experience working within a mining or heavy industry environment, will be a positive enabler for your enjoyment and success in the role.
Maintaining strong working relationships, with an ability to effectively engage key stakeholders will be an important part of the journey.
